I take your customer journey seriously. I continually reflect and document learnings during every transaction. Some call it a "post mortem." This process, called Design Thinking, is iterative and allows me to be responsive to my clients ever changing needs. I am always learning, completing coursework through human-centered design firm, IDEO. I hold a Masters in Business and Masters in Human Resources Design with undergraduate work in Psychology and Organizational Behavior. Through the power of technology and partnership resource allocation, I create a seamless process that allows for optimal knowledge-based client experience.
